Supplier Code of Conduct
Business
Ethics.
- Anti-corruption — No bribes, kickbacks or improper payments, in line with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and local law.
- Gifts and hospitality — Nothing offered to ODS staff to influence an award.
- Conflicts of interest — Disclose any relationship that could affect an award.
- Labor and human rights — No forced, trafficked or child labor anywhere in your supply chain.
- Accurate records — Quotes, certifications and shipping documents must be true and complete.
Trade Compliance
Export
Control.
- ITAR and EAR — State the export jurisdiction and classification (USML category or ECCN) when you know it.
- Sanctions — No sourcing from parties on U.S. restricted or sanctioned lists (OFAC, BIS Entity List).
- Country of origin — Declare the true country of origin on every shipment.
Counterfeit Prevention
Authentic
Parts Only.
Counterfeit and suspect unapproved parts are the industry’s biggest risk. Suppliers must:
- Buy from the original manufacturer, its authorized distributors, or sources with documented traceability back to them
- Keep a counterfeit-prevention process consistent with AS5553 / AS6174 (and AS6081 for independent distributors)
- Tell us immediately about any suspect or counterfeit part they have supplied or received
- Never ship a part they cannot trace
Flowdowns
Clauses That
Travel With The PO.
- FAR / DFARS — Government and defense orders flow down the applicable clauses, including DFARS 252.246-7007 / 7008 on counterfeit parts.
- Cybersecurity — Where controlled unclassified information is involved, DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST SP 800-171 apply.
- Environmental — REACH, RoHS and conflict-minerals declarations on request.
